A punchy wee route behind Muir of Ord and heading over towards Beauly. Out of the Muir, up the Teandalloch road (up #1), down towards Beauly (down#1), crossing the tail end of Croyard road and continuing straight on, parallel to Beauly itself. Up past the power lines/pylons (up #2), along a long straight section with good views and down (down #2) the hill arriving at the Kilmorack Art Gallery (the yellow converted church with the giant gecko). Back along two miles to Beauly, then three miles to Muir of Ord on the main road. Some steep sections, but nothing too long, and I'm quite happy to have people walking if they wish!
