Women, especially from low income and diverse backgrounds face unnecessary barriers to getting outdoors. We’re tackling that, with expert advice, inspirational stories and practical tips aimed at highlighting the very different experiences women in the outdoors have.

Only one in ten women on lower incomes feel they completely belong in the world of physical activity
