Meet Sophie Davis – Founder of Outdoor Adventure Girls

Tell us a bit about yourself and how you like to get outside?

My names Sophie and I am the adventure travel blogger, photographer and videographer behind Sophie’s Suitcase, a multi-award-winning blog focusing on travel guides, unique experiences and the great outdoors. You will usually find me outdoors in nature, reading my favourite book at home or exploring some of my favourite cities with a camera in my hand.

I’m super excited to be an OS Champion for Ordnance Survey. As founder of the UK’s biggest women’s outdoor community Outdoor Adventure Girls, and as a trained Open Water Lifeguard and a Hill and Moorland Leader I am obsessed with the outdoors.

And whether it’s planning hikes for upcoming events or heading off on my own walks at the weekends I love using the OS app for all my planning. It’s such an honour to be a champion for such an iconic brand, after growing up reading maps on family walks and having OS maps all around the house.
