Tell us a bit about yourself and how you like to get outside?
I’m a walk leader and women’s wellness advocate based in Kent, where I work full time exploring footpaths, woodlands, coastlines and ancient tracks with an OS map in hand. Walking is how I connect to nature and to people.

I’m especially passionate about creating welcoming outdoor spaces for women at all stages of life, including those navigating menopause, and I believe walking is one of the most powerful (and accessible) ways to support both physical and mental wellbeing. I love discovering new routes, learning the stories written into the landscape, and sharing that sense of adventure and confidence with others.
