What drives you to spend time outside?
I love the focus that moving fast in the mountains and hills brings, over technical terrain and through deep water. That and the fact I am bursting with energy!
Where are your favourite places to go?
Lake District, the Langdale Valley in the Central region, or the Helvellyn Massif over in the Eastern side.
What is your favourite thing to do outdoors?
Linking up sports in a run in the UK mountains, such as a multi swim run or add in a few scrambles and run between.
Who inspires you and how?
Rob Sinclair, a Scottish Mountain Runner that runs with such a wild style and seemingly never ending amounts of energy.What are your focuses this year to help people get outside more often?
Challenges that engage a small community to help motivate each other, breed a small amount of competitiveness and share the message of staying active.
What are your 3 biggest life achievements?
Cycling LEJOG. Completing all the Wainwrights. Swimming the length of all the Deep Lake District Tarns
