What drives you to spend time outside?
Being outside is my 'me' time, my chance to reset, my opportunity to take negatives and turn them into positives. It's also an opportunity to explore not just the outdoors but yourself, wonder is the beginning of wisdom.
Where are your favourite places to go?
I love getting to the mountainous regions of the UK when time allows, The Brecon Beacons holds very sentimental reasons for me, but I enjoy nothing more than just getting off the beaten track, no matter where I am.
What is your favourite thing to do outdoors?
I love to run, running has been the single biggest positive on the improvement of my physical and mental health, but in truth I enjoy most forms of physical activity and even more so when I can do it outdoors.
Who inspires you and how?
My little brother, the example he set, has driven me to ensure I don't waste a day and my son, he inspires me to always strive to be the best version of me, for him, myself and my family.
What are your focuses this year to help people get outside more often?
My focus has very much been on growing the 'Be A Black Sheep' Project which is centred around growing a community of people that inspire and encourage one another to be the best versions of themselves, cheesy I know, but it's an important message.
What are your 3 biggest life achievements?
Becoming a dad or being a dad more importantly. Taking charge of my physical and mental health and becoming completely happy in myself, being involved in this incredible project and helping others along the way!

Do you have any guilty pleasures?
Many! Generally most involve food, that's why I run a lot!!
