Padley Gorge Circular Walk
The whole family will love this circular walk around Padley Gorge in Hope Valley, Peak District.
Park at the National Trust Longshaw Estate car park and head down past the NT cafe, you can see Higger Tor over to your right.

Follow round past the little pond, watch out for the mandarin ducks. Cross the road and head NE along Burbage Brook, cross the A6187 and follow the broad track until a smaller track to the left that takes you over a bridge over the brook.
Head up the rocky path and then roughly northwards to Higger Tor. Pick your route amongst the big stones and enjoy the clamber! Follow the well marked path down from Higger Tor towards Upper Burbage Bridge.

Then head roughly South East on the path along the top edge of Burbage Rocks. Enjoy the views down the valley towards Padley Gorge. This leads you all the way back to the A6187.
Cross the road then take the path again heading SE to cross the A6521 and head back to the car park.
