In a world of expanding waist lines there are some simple ways to keep fit. People often join the gym or start a new sport but one of the easiest ways to stay healthy is completely free.
Even living in Suburbia it's easy to get out for a walk every day for an hour averaging 3 miles an hour. Tied in with some extra long trip elsewhere i now have 2 pledges well worth following.
