One Hour Outside. Every day in 2018.
Oh the dreaded New Year resolutions. Do you make them? Do you keep them? How about challenging yourself to GetOutside for just one hour each day.
I have regularly taken mixed ability groups of colleagues and friends walking over the 6 years. I always have to plan the route and do the organising, which can be a pain sometimes. I want to make sure we keep our walks regular but I want to encourage the others to read and use maps
