Walk yourself fitter in 2018
It’s fairly likely that you woke up in the morning of New Year’s Day with the intentions of a healthier 2018. So, why not try walking yourself fit!
I'll be travelling up to North Wales with my two daughters aged 7 and 12 in late August, I'm trying to encourage them to walk for enjoyment and not just as a means of getting from A to B! What a great place to do it!
