My #GetOutside pledge is to do 4 miles kayaking at least once a week, walk the dog for 1hr + 5 times a week and get on my bike for one hour once a week

I took up kayaking at 42 (competitive racing - something Steve can relate to!) I just want to stay active and fit. I'm now nearly 51 but love being in outdoors and appreciating the countryside both on land the water.
