Beinn Bhuidhe Bheag Circular Walk
Just south-east of Inverness is a hill known as Beinn Bhuidhe Bheag. At 462m, this 10km route can be done in a morning or afternoon and gives great views over the Moray Firth and Kessock Bridge.
This image by Colin Kinnear was taken from Geograph, and shows the steps leading down to the beach near Brora, in the eastern Highlands of Scotland
Brora is a village on the Moray Firth, on the A9 between Inverness and Wick. The beach is bordered by a Championship golf course, while the town of Brora (Brùra in Gaelic) is an old light industrial town, and still has a distillery and wool mill.
