What drives you to spend time outside?
Exercise - i do almost all my training outside, topping up on vitamin D, seeing the countryside and walking my dogs.
Where are your favourite places to go?
I live right on the South Downs - so can often be found there.
What is your favourite thing to do outdoors?
Who inspires you and how?
Lots of people do, everyday people, i love seeing what people are up to on social media, and it makes me want to get outside!
What are your focuses this year to help people get outside more often?
For me, getting people to go somewhere new, explore more! I am a big fan of the trails, which are so well documented on OS.
What are your 3 biggest life achievements?
My daughter - I once broke a world record, and have run the Marathon Des Sables more than any other UK female.
