What drives you to spend time outside?
The outdoors is where I feel most alive and also at peace.
Where are your favourite places to go?
In the UK, Scotland is hands-down my fav!
What is your favourite thing to do outdoors?
Hiking, cycling, wild swimming, canoeing, camping and volunteering with Adventure Queens.
Who inspires you and how?
The Adventure Queens community members - with the support of each other they’re all dismantling their barriers to the outdoors, redefining what the outdoors means for them and what they thought they were capable of.What are your focuses this year to help people get outside more often?
Grow the Adventure Queens community, equipping more women with the skills and confidence to get outside.
What are your 3 biggest life achievements?
1. Co-founding the Adventure Queens community, 2. Solo cycle touring in Cuba, Chile and Colombia, 3. Having a platform to help inspire and support women.
