A mixture of quiet lanes and canal paths. We start at go ape rivington and follow the quiet roads and tracks towards limbrick where we pick up the canal and cycle to Blackrod. We then have a short incline to our cafe stop in Blackrod. Slice of cake and a cuppa and we’re off downhill for a short while . We will be going through rivington on tracks so could be a bit muddy. Until will get back to our meeting point.

Starting at Stretford we will head along the TPT via the water parks, Didsbury and on along the Mersey into Stockport. After we have refreshed ourselves at the Fabulous Tandem cafe we will head back using the Fallowfield Loop. It’s a steady ride, that uses a few busy roads in Stockport so you need to be confident riding in traffic.

Always meeting at All Terrain, Saltaire at 10:30am on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, the routes will vary and often dictated by weather conditions or group members, but will always include a cuppa stop, and will around 20 - 25 miles They could be towpath rides to Rodley Nature, Hollybush Farm, Silsden or Keighley.Please dress appropriately. It’s a good idea to bring some water, a snack to keep you going and money for when we stop at the cafe. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part. If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.We will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. All you need is a roadworthy bike, sensible clothing and a bit of enthusiasm. It helps to have a spare inner tube of the correct size - just in case. This one-hour, medium-paced, circular walk exploring the rights of way and footpaths in and around Orrell. It starts opposite The Mount Restaurant & Premier Inn Hotel, on the corner of Orrell Road (A577) and the road named West Mount. It is just Up Holland side of the motorway bridge. The precise route will vary and depend on the time of day (daylight or not) and the weather conditions (muddy or not). As always, the walk will finish with the opportunity for refreshments in a suitable establishment.

This is our main club running night. We meet at The Wharf pub in Castlefield for 6:30pm and head out for our runs at 6:45pm.
We have a range of distances 5k, 7k, 8k & 10k. All of which have at least one leader and at least one tail guide to look after everyone. We run from the pub out along the canal towards Media City and back again.
We all meet back at the pub for much needed stretches, then a pint and a fun chat.
It's completely free to run with us and we have all abilities joining us, so all are welcome. We have plenty of run ambassadors on hand to help new runners out on the evening to make sure you enjoy your experience.
