Mental health, getting outside and me
GetOutside Champion Eli Bishop speaks candidly about her own journey with mental health. Being open about her struggles felt like taking a leap off a cliff, but she's learnt that's it's always a positive leap.
Meet the 100 OS GetOutside Champions who are passionate about the outdoors.
But for now, we all need to spend time outside differently. Planning outings, being aware of the risks and not attempting any activity you are not familiar with will help keep everyone safe.
Please remember to follow Government guidance when getting outside for exercise. You must keep a social distance of 2-metres (6ft) away from anyone outside your household and continue to self-isolate if you or anyone in your household has symptoms.
More information on Government guidelines across the UK can be found here.
