Tell us a bit about yourself

I have a huge passion for adventuring outdoors, whether its trail running or just walking the mountains with my dogs, I just love to be surrounded by nature. This passion and my love of where I live led me to become a Brecon Beacons National Park Ambassador. I enjoy encouraging and inspiring others into the great outdoors. I work for the National Trust and can be found helping visitors to the Brecon Beacons at the base Pen-y-Fan ( the highest peak in southern Britain).

I spend most of my time walking and trail running in the hills with my two dogs Logan the Alaskan Malamute and Gwen the Border Collie. I love photography and documenting my walks, which are available to view on my website. I promote dog friendly walks and responsible dog walking in the countryside. I write articles and content relating to the great outdoors and outdoor activities to inspire and encourage people to experience the natural beauty we have surrounding us.

Why do you love the outdoors?

I love being surrounded by nature, it gives the brain a much needed rest from the fast paced technology driven world we have come to live in.

How do you get outside?

I spend my time outdoors with my two dogs Logan the Malamute and Gwen the Border Collie. I love the mountains whether walking or trail running we are outside from sunrise to sunset and also enjoy night hikes.
