Ice climbing at Kinder Downfall
They say only in a blue moon does Kinder Downfall freeze enough to turn from what is normally a picturesque waterfall into the Peak District's premier ice climbing venue.
You can usually find Lisa roaming around Snowdonia with her dog The Beast and a pack of Hobnobs.
Lisa and The Beast throw themselves into anything that means they can breathe in the fresh air, feel the weather on their faces and the ground under their feet (and paws). This can be anything from a walk along the beach, a forest walk to a hike up a mountain.
They love to draw people in with their stories; to them it’s not just about having an adventure, it’s about finding a way to inspire and encourage everyone that a life outdoors really is the best life you can have.
Lisa is training to be a Mountain Leader and hopes to complete her training this year.
