This Easter holiday coincides with Discover National Parks Fortnight from 6-21st April, our annual National Parks family festival championing all that is unique and special about National Parks. This is the perfect time for you and your family to reconnect with your National Parks.

On the 7th April join us at The Sill National Landscape Discovery Centre to welcome back the birds at our Wonders Of Migration event.
On the 10th April join us at Walltown Country Park at 10am or 1pm for two hours of practising your survival skills with our National Park Rangers at our Bushcraft Basics event.
On Sunday 14th April join us at The Sill National Landscape Discovery Centre to find out how curlews make their home in the National Park.
On the 17th April join us at Walltown Country Park 11am or 1pm for an hour of discovering the creature that live in our underwater world at our Pond Dipping Wild Wednesday.
On the 19th April join us at Walltown Country Park at 10.30am, 1pm and 2.30pm for our Geocache Easter Egg Hunt.
On the 21st April we will be joined at The Sill National Landscape Discovery Centre by North Chocolates award winning local chocolatiers who will show families how to make a very special Easter Chocolate Lolly. Drop in 11am – 2pm.
